Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the dill, pat dry, and finely chop. Rinse the lemon in hot water. Finely grate the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice.

Mix the butter with the dill, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill the butter until ready to serve.
