Ingredients

For the noodles
250 grams small tubular pasta (such as short Rigatoni)
1 pinch salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 pc organic Lemon peel
1 tsp grapeseed oil
also
400 grams fresh Berry (such as raspberries and blackberries)
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
150 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt, sugar, lemon zest and pasta and cook until al dente.

2.

Sort through berries, rinse if necessary and let drain. Whisk yogurt with vanilla sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Whip cream to soft peaks and fold into yogurt.

3.

Drain pasta and remove lemon zest. Drizzle pasta with oil and let cool to room temperature. Divide pasta among small bowls.

4.

Sprinkle pasta with berries and top with yogurt-cream.
