500 grams ready to cook, small Cuttlefish
Pastry flour
2 eggs
salt
500 milliliters vegetable oil
4 lemons (halved)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut cuttlefish into thick rings. Beat eggs in a bowl and season with a little salt. Pour flour onto a plate. Cover cuttlefish in flour, then in egg and then again in flour.

2.

Heat oil in a saucepan (if you hold a wooden stick into the oil, bubbles shoul appear), fry cuttlefish in portions. Serve immediately with lemon halves.
