- 300 grams King prawn
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp cilantro
- 3 Tbsps Oyster sauce
- peppers (freshly ground)
- small, round, dried Rice paper (1 for each shrimp)
- 1 egg yolk
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the shrimp in cold water and dry. Slit and the back and devein.
2.
Peel the garlic and crush. Stir in the coriander, oyster sauce, and pepper. Dip the shrimp in it and cover. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.
3.
Soak the rice paper sheets in a large bowl for about 1 minutes. Dry on a paper towel and wrap each around a shrimp. Brush the paper with the beaten egg yolks and press firmly.
4.
Heat a large amount of oil for deep frying. The oil is hot enough when small bubbles appear when a wooden spoon is dipped into the oil.
5.
Fry the shrimp in portions, for about 3 minutes. Using tongs, remove from the oil, shake off the excess oil and drain well on paper towels.
6.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce, rice and vegetables as desired.
