Preparation steps

1.

Slit dates along one side and remove pits.

Mix goat cheese with herbs and season with pepper. Place about 1 teaspoon into each of the dates (or pipe filling into dates using a pastry bag). Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve garnished with marjoram and chives.
