- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- peppers
- ¼ tsp ground Coriander
- ¼ tsp ground Cumin
- 8 large Dried dates (without pit)
- 8 half walnut kernels
- ½ bunch Chives

Preparation steps

Mix cream cheese with lemon juice and honey until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and cumin.

Fill dates with 1 tsp. cream cheese each, top each with 1 walnut half and arrange dates on a plate. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rings. Sprinkle dates with the chive rings.
