1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard

50 grams white bread (crusts removed)
250 grams Dandelion greens

Preparation steps

Peel garlic and chop very finely. For the vinaigrette, mix garlic with 3 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Fry bacon in a dry pan until crispy and drain on paper towels.

Cut the white bread into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add the bread cubes and toast lightly. Rinse the dandelion greens, spin dry and mix with the vinaigrette, bacon and bread cubes. Arrange on plates and serve.
