- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream
- 50 milliliters milk (as needed)
- 15 grams Yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- white peppers
- 4 slices Bacon
- 8 Dandelion greens
- Dandelion greens (for garnish)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation steps

Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and create a well in the center. Heat milk until lukewarm, stir in yeast until smooth, add to well and mix in a little flour from the edge. Let rest for about 10 minutes, then stir in sour cream and egg. Season with pepper and knead into a medium-firm dough.

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan, then add chopped dandelion leaves and sauté for 1-2 minutes, let cool. Knead bacon and dandelion into dough and divide dough into 8 portions. Roll out each portion on a surface dsted with flour, then fry until golden brown in hot oil (170°C or approximately 340°F).

Remove, drain on paper towels and serve warm on dandelion leaves.
