- 4 Skewers
- 400 grams Tofu (or smoked tofu if desired)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Curry powder
- lemon juice (for drizzling)
- sesame oil (for cooking)
- parsley (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the tofu into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick slices, then cut into cubes. Thread onto the skewers.

Season the skewers with salt, pepper and curry to taste. Drizzle with the lemon juice.

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the tofu skewers and sear until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Serve garnished with parsley.
