1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp Orange juice
1 carrot
1 small Zucchini
1 onion
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as chives and cilantro)
1 egg
1 generous pinch Curry powder
1 generous pinch Harissa powder
600 grams Ground turkey
breadcrumbs (as needed)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the raisins in orange juice. Peel the carrot, zucchini and onion. Finely grate the carrots and zucchini. Finely dice the onion. Sauté the vegetables in 1 tablespoon hot oil for about 2 minutes then let cool.

Mix the vegetable mixture with the raisins, herbs, egg, curry, harissa and ground turkey. Add the breadcrumbs, as needed, and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties and cook in the remaining oil until golden brown on both sides, about 6 minutes.
