1 cup Coconut milk
1 Lime (juiced)
32 ozs cooked shrimp (prawns)
2 scallions (thinly sliced diagonally)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a wide pan and stir in the turmeric and curry paste. Cook for 2 minutes then pour in the fish stock and coconut milk.

Bring to a boil then turn the heat down and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
3.
Stir in the lime juice, season with salt and pepper and add the king prawns. Heat through and serve garnished with the sliced spring onion.
