2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
6 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce

4 ozs shrimp

Preparation steps

Rinse cucumbers, peel as needed, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Rinse radish. Thinly slice 1 radish and dice the remaining radishes into small cubes. Trim the cress. 

2.

Mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, radish cubes, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper to taste. Gently stir in shrimp and half of cress. Fill the cucumber halves with the shrimp mixture. Garnish with radish slices and remaining watercress.
