Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 ozs Camembert
- 28 ozs Ground beef
- 1 egg
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 sm can Corn
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
Preparation steps
Peel onion and garlic and chop both finely. Melt butter in a pan and saute onion and garlic until translucent. Remove onion and garlic from the pan and set aside. Cut cheese into eight cubes.
Mix ground beef in a bowl with egg, spices, onion and garlic and knead with moistened hands. Dive ground beef mixture into 8 portions, create 8 meat patties and press a cheese cube in the center of each. Roll meat patties into meatballs surrounding cheese cubes.
Heat 2 tablespoons hot oil in a pan and fry meatballs on all sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Peel cucumber, cut into slices and mix in a bowl with drained corn. Add vinegar and remaining oil to the bowl, stir and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange meatballs and cucumber salad on plates and serve garnished with dill.
