2 Avocados
8 shrimp (ready to cook)
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
6 ozs Daikon radish
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
Curry powder
4 leaves Lettuce
cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the Daikon radish and finely​ grate. Stir together with the lemon juice and creme fraiche. Season with salt and let rest for 10 minutes.

Rinse and spin dry the lettuce leaves.

3.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Place some lettuce in the avocado half. Top with some radish and some shrimp. Garnish with cilantro and curry.
