- 125 grams Mayonnaise
- 125 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 bunch Fresh herbs (chopped, mixed z. B. basil, chervil, chives, dill, parsley)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cucumber, trim, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut flesh into strips.
2.
For the dip, stir together the mayonnaise, yogurt, herbs and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
