2 Tbsps mint (finely chopped)
½ tsp Cumin (ground)
400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cucumber, peel, remove seeds and grate into a bowl. Season with salt, mix and let stand for about 15 minutes. Use a paper towel and press the mass to squeeze out excess water.

2.

Rinse scallions, pat dry and cut into thin rings. Mix with cucumber, yogurt and mint and season with lemon juice, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper. Serve with flatbread.
