Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a spoon and cut into finger-length strips. Chill until ready to serve.

2.

Mix the quark with the sour cream and the lemon juice until smooth.

Rinse, shake dry and finely chop the rosemary, thyme and parsley. Mix into the cream and season to taste.

3.

Spoon the herb dip into screw-top jars and store in the refrigerator until needed.

Serve with the cucumber sticks.
