Party snacks do not always have to be unhealthy. These cucumber snacks show how it's done: Paprika brings vitamin C, which not only strengthens the immune system but also helps the body burn fat. The cucumber is full of healthy ingredients such as fistein, which supports brain performance. Bitter substances activate digestive juices and enzymes of the liver, bile and pancreas.

The party snacks can be varied according to your preferences. For example, you can also use carrots, kohlrabi or zucchini for the filling. The cucumber snacks with sheep's cheese go down well at any party buffet and are a healthy alternative to classic snacks.
