2 tablespoons sliced green olives
1 packet Goya Sazon
3 cups cooked Long grain rice
1 package plantain (frozen and ripe; 300 g)

Combine water, sofrito, olives and sazon in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, until hot. Heat the plantains and serve over rice.
