- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp peppers
- 18 ozs Cod (cut into 4 pieces)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Lightly grease a baking dish.
2.
Mix together the breadcrumbs dill, parsley, cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
3.
Put the cod in the baking dish and spread the breadcrumb mixture over the top, pressing with your fingers.
4.
Cook for 8-12 minutes (depending on the thickness of the cod) until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
5.
Serve with green beans and roast tomatoes.
