- 3 onions (cut into wedges)
- 4 ½ cups waxy potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- ⅞ cup dry white wine
- 1 ½ cups vegetable stock
- parsley (to garnish)
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.
2.
Mix together the onions and the potatoes and place in a baking dish. Season with the marjoram, salt and ground black pepper. Add the wine and the stock and bake for around 40 min.
3.
Serve garnished with parsley.
