- 2 carrots
- 200 grams green Beans
- 200 grams Cauliflower
- salt
- 20 grams butter
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- ½ bunch parsley
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Garlic sausages

Preparation steps

Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Rinse the carrots, peel, and chop. Rinse the green beans and cut off ends. Rinse the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Blanch the cauliflower and green beans in salted water for about 8 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain well. Heat the butter and sauté half of the potatoes, pour in the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix the remaining potatoes and vegetables with a blender and let simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Stir in the cream. Rine the parsley and cut into strips. Cut the sausage into slices, add to the soup and heat for 5 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and pepper.
