6 cups milk
1 cup condensed milk
8 sweet Oranges (6 juiced, 2 filleted)
1 tsp ground Cardamom
Pistachio (chopped)

Preparation steps

Place the milk in a non-stick pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and reduce the mixture to around half stirring continuously. Add the condensed milk and cook for a further 20 min stirring continuously. Leave to cool a little and then chill in the fridge.

Add the orange juice and half the orange fillets to the milk mixture and stir in the cardamom. Pour the mixture into small bowls, sprinkle with pistachios and garnish with the remaining orange fillets. Freeze for around 10 min and serve immediately.
