6 slices Mini white bread loaf
1 tsp butter
250 grams grainy cream cheese
75 grams toasted, ground Hazelnuts
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as arsley, mint, basil, watercress)
3 largest possible Hazelnuts
6 Fresh herbs

Preparation steps

1.

Toast slices of white bread in a pan coated in butter, remove and allow to cool a little.

2.

Drain cream cheese well, mix in ground nuts and herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste and spread onto the bread. Garnish each with half a nut and a sprig of herbs and serve.
