500 grams Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ bunch Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Curry powder
ground paprika
3 slices tramezzino (or toast)

Preparation steps

Step 1/3

Mix cream cheese with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and divide into 24 portions. Form each portion into a ball. Rinse parsley, shake dry and finely chop.

Step 2/3

Roll balls in parsley, curry powder, paprika and pepper. Remove crust from bread and cut each piece twice diagonally (to form triangles).

Step 3/3

Place balls on bread triangles, secure with toothpicks and arrange on a platter.
