Cherry and Mango Sweet Cream Cheese Canapes
Mix together the cream cheese, mascarpone and the lemon juice. Sieve in the icing sugar and mix well. The mixture should have a pipeable consistency. If necessary add more icing sugar.
Colour half the cream with the cherry juice and the other with the mango juice and transfer to piping bags with star-shaped nozzles. Pipe into praline cases and decorate with silver pearls. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
