200 grams Pistachio
1 bunch parsley
2 Tbsps thyme (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop olives finely and mix with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and form about 20 equal balls.

Pistachios and parsley finely chop (possibly in a blender) and mix with thyme. Roll the cream cheese balls in the pistachios and parsley and press lightly.

To serve: Serve as an appetizer with wine.
