1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp butter

250 grams cream cheese
1 splash lemon juice
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)

Preparation steps

Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute peppers and garlic for 4-5 minutes or until peppers are al dente. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and cool. Combine cream cheese with vegetables and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Make 4 balls from cream cheese mixture (for example, with a large ice cream scoop) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
