- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 2 medium potatoes (starchy, peeled and diced)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsps Cornmeal
- 800 milliliters Chicken broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams Crabmeat (Cooked)
- 1 splash white wine
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams Corn (canned)
- parsley (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, and potatoes to the saucepan and briefly saute. Add flour, stir and deglaze the saucepan with a dash of white wine. Add broth. Mix and simmer for approximately 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Then add corn, diced crab meat and cream to the saucepan, stir and season with salt, lemon juice and pepper.

Serve in soup bowls garnished with parsley.
