1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
100 grams Snow peas
100 grams Peas
50 grams black Olives (pitted)
1 lemon
100 grams Couscous (Instant)
2 Tbsps almonds
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl mix 3 tablespoons honey with ginger, salt and pepper and leave for 30 minutes.

Brush the chicken with the honey marinade. Put chicken in a greased pan and cook in preheated oven (160°C, 320°F) about 10-15 minutes.

Put couscous in a pot, add 100 ml (1/2 cup) boiling water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir with a fork.

4.

Peel lemon and cut fruit into cubes.

5.

Put snow peas in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Blanch. Place almonds, olives, butter and lemon on plates of couscous. Cut chicken breasts diagonally into slices and arrange on couscous.
