- 28 ozs boiling potatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- Wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- salt
- 2 scallions
- 11 ozs Smoked trout
- 2 Tbsps Caper
- 1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (e. g. parsley, cress)

Preparation steps
1.
Wash the potatoes and steam for about 25 minutes, until cooked. Then peel, let steam dry and slice.
2.
Peel and slice the onion.
3.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, wine vinegar and vegetable broth to make a salad dressing. Wash, trim and finely chop the scallions. Mix with the salad dressing and season to taste with salt.
4.
Mix the dressing with the potatoes and onions and spoon onto plates. Flake the smoked trout and scatter over the salad. Scatter with capers and herbs and serve.
