- 300 grams mixed Daikon radish (such as white, red and black)
- salt
- 100 grams Radish (red and white)
- 1 pc Green cabbage (100 grams or 3 1/2 ounces)
- 1 bed Watercress
- 2 stalks Dill
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tbsps Canola oil
- ½ tsp pink peppercorns

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse Daikon radishes, slice into thin slices, place in a bowl and soak in salted water.
2.
Rinse remaining radishes and cut in half lengwash. Rinse cabbage, trim and cut into thin long strips. Cut watercress. Rinse dill, shake dry and pluck tips.
3.
Drain soaking radishes. Mix with remaining radishes, cabbage and herbs. Split into 4 servings. Mix vinegar with oil and pour over salads. Sprinkle with salt and peppercorns to serve.
