Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the fennel and endives and halve or quarter them depending on their size.
2.
Rinse and halve the oranges.
3.
Cook the vegetables and the oranges on a grill for about 10 minutes (not too hot). Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, coat with oil and shower with rosemary.
4.
Serve with French bread if desired.
