- 2 Zucchini (green and yellow)
- 3 Bell pepper (red, yellow and green)
- 2 Corn (cooked)
- 1 Red onion
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped thyme
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim eggplant and summer squash. Cut the eggplant into pieces and summer squash into thick slices. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, trim and cut into pieces. Slice corn into 1.5-2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) slices. Peel the onion and coarsely dice. Alternately thread vegetables on (pre-soaked) wooden skewers.

Peel garlic and squeeze into a small bowl. Stir in the thyme and oil. Season with salt and pepper and brush over the skewers. Place on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning regularly and brushing with the remaining oil. Transfer grilled skewers to a platter and serve.
