- 1 muskmelon (about 750 grams)
- 1 honeydew melon (about 750 grams)
- 2 Oranges (juiced)
- 100 grams cane sugar
- 2 tsps Agar
- 125 milliliters water
- 2 Tbsps Orange liqueur
- 1 lemon
- 1 sprig Lemon balm

Preparation steps
1.
Halve melons, remove seeds and cut out 1/4 of the flesh from each with a melon baller.
2.
Peel the remaining melons, dice and puree with the sugar and orange juice.
3.
Squeeze the lemon, heat juice in a pot with water, dissolve agar in hot lemon water and mix with the orange liqueur and the puree. Add melon balls, transfer to a bowl and put it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
4.
Serve decorated with lemon balm leaves.
