1 kilogram Watermelon (with rind)
½ Cantaloupe
juice of lemons
250 milliliters Peach Juice
1 Tbsp liquid honey
Vanilla bean
Lemon balm

Preparation steps

1.

Halve melons, remove seeds and cut melon balls out of both melon varieties. Refrigerate.

2.

Loosen remaining melon from rind, chop, puree melon with lemon juice, peach juice and honey. Add vanilla.

3.

Place puree in a pot with melon balls and cook for 30 minutes. Chill. Serve chilled garnished with lemon balm.
