2 small Apple (such as, Boskop)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Anchovy fillet (in salt water)
2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp scallions
Sea salt
white peppers
300 grams Cod (without skin)
2 Tbsps Canola oil
Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse and quarter the apples and remove the cores. Chop as small as possible. Mix with the lemon juice.

Rinse the anchovies, pat dry and finely chop. Mix into the apple along with the yogurt, mayonnaise and chives and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the cod, pat dry and fry on both sides in some oil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Then simmer for 2-3 minutes until translucent over low heat. Season with a little salt.

3.

Distribute the apple-cream onto tasting spoons. Divide the fish into small pieces and arrange on top. Serve garnished with dill.
