2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
2 Tbsps Light soy sauce

1 tsp yellow Curry paste
250 grams cooked peeled shrimp

Preparation steps

Thaw wonton wrappers.

Combine coconut cream with oyster sauce, soy sauce and curry paste. Season with salt and pepper. Chop shrimp finely and add to the coconut mixture. Place 1 tablespoon shrimp filling in center of each wonton wrapper. Draw edges together and twist together firmly to close bag over filling. Fry bags in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
