Preparation steps

Peel the citrus throughly with a sharp knife, being careful to remove the pith. Segment the fruit, collecting juice in a bowl.

Mix the Grand Marnier with the reserved juice and honey in a bowl. Add the fruit pieces and carefully mix. Let marinate for 1 hour.
