6 Tbsps lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
6 Tbsps Lime juice (from 3 limes)
1 sprig mint
4 ozs sugar
1 organic lemon
1 organic Lime
8 Ice cubes

Preparation steps

Add the lemon and lime juice to a bowl. Mix in 18 ounces of cold water and the mint. Cover, and let sit overnight.

Mix the sugar and approximately 4 ounces of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes, and let cool. Pass the citrus juice mixture through a fine strainer into a pitcher. Mix in the sugar syrup, and stir to combine.

Rinse the organic lemon and lime in hot water, and cut into wedges. Add the lemon wedges, lime wedges, and ice cubes to the pitcher and serve immediately. Garnish with mint is desired.
