This is a unique way to serve food at a barbeque. You can use it to dip meatballs, wings, chips, or even veggies! It's a fun twist to normal grilled foods.

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
14 ozs canned Tomatoes
2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
0.333 cup dark brown sugar
3 Tbsps Cider vinegar
2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp tomato puree
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion. Cook over a low heat for about 5 minutes, until softened but not browned.

Add the remaining ingredients, season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well.
3.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until thickened. Spoon into a serving bowl.
