- 1 large Mango (peeled and diced)
- 1 Avocado (peeled and diced)
- 4 ripe Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 chili pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)
- cilantro (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 small Red onion (chopped)
- 3 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- To garnish
- Lime wedge
- To serve
- Tortilla chip
Preparation steps
1.
Stir together the mango, avocado, tomatoes, chilli, coriander and garlic in a large bowl.

Stir in the salt, lime juice, onion and oil. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
3.
Garnish with lime wedges and serve with tortilla chips.
