30 grams cocoa powder
2 Tbsps Rum (or juice)
200 grams vegan Couverture
chopped almonds (or coconut flakes)

Preparation steps

1.

Grind the dates, almonds and cocoa powder. Add 2 tablespoons of rum and chop finely. If the mixture is not soft and pliable, add more rum. Form 20-25 small balls.

2.

Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath. Roll the balls in the chocolate and let drip. Roll the chocolate covered balls in the chopped nuts (or coconut). Place on parchment paper. Let dry completely and serve.
