- 100 grams soft butter
- 130 grams sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 eggs
- 100 grams grated Dark chocolate
- 2 packets Chocolate pudding powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 80 grams ground almonds
- butter (for the mold)
- For decoration
- 200 grams Cake icing (2 bags)
- 100 grams slivered almonds
Preparation steps

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated chocolate, salt, custard powder, baking soda and flour and beat into the butter mixture until smooth. Fold in the ground almonds.

Butter the venison mold spoon in the batter.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully invert the cake onto a wire rac

Halve the cake horizontally.

Prepare the cake icing according to the package directions and spread the icing over each half of the cake. Stud the cake with the almonds and serve.
