100 grams powdered sugar
1 egg
1 Vanilla bean (split, seeds scraped)
175 butter
300 grams Pastry flour
2 centiliters Brandy
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
½ tsp Baking powder
2 Tbsps cocoa powder
To decorate
50 grams white Couverture

Preparation steps

1.

For the cookies, beat softened butter until fluffy and stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, egg, brandy and cinnamon. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder and fold into butter mixture.

Use a piping bag with a large star tip to pipe batter into decorative bars on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

3.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

4.

To decorate, crush couverture and melt over a hot water bath, then place a small dot of couverture in the middle of each cookie. Allow to dry and serve.
