- 2 Tbsps sweetened sea buckthorn berry juice (available from health food, health food stores)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 400 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Remove pits from dates. Puree dates with seaberry juice, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and 100 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) milk.

Heat remaining milk and mix with puree. Pour mixture into glasses rinsed with hot water.
