8 ozs good quality white chocolate
5 Tbsps freeze-dried Raspberries (roughly crushed)
4 Tbsps chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.
Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Het the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water, stirring gently until just melted. Remove from the heat.
3.
Stir in the raspberries and pistachios.
4.
Spread the chocolate into a 25cm|10" square on the baking tray. Leave to set at room temperature for 2-3 hours until firm.
