- 14 ozs Dark couverture chocolate
- 14 ozs white Couverture
- 10 drops Peppermint oil
- 1 cup Peppermint (Candies, crushed )

Preparation steps
1.
Chop the chocolates and melt separately over hot water baths. Stir 5 drops of peppermint oil into each.
2.
Pour the dark chocolate on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and leave to set.
3.
After the dark chocolate cools completely, pour white chocolate over top, sprinkled with chopped peppermint candies and let solidify. Serve in broken pieces.
