- 100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
- 100 grams white Couverture
- 2 Pistachio paste
- 50 grams Shelled pistachio (shelled)
Preparation steps

Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and the white chocolate and place them into two separate heatproof bowls. Place each bowl over a hot water bath and heat until melted. Cool the chocolates, and then warm up again briefly. Stir the pistachio cream into the white chocolate. Coarsely chop the pistachios.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a work surface and with an offset spatula, spread a thin layer of the dark chocolate coating on the paer. Then drop the white chocolate pistachio mixture on it in blots and marble with a toothpick. Sprinkle the pistachios and let harden. Serve cut into pieces.
