- 4 Banana
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 10 ozs Whole Grain Spelt Flour
- 5 Tbsps ground Hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Carob
- 3 tsps Baking powder
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 6 ozs Coconut milk
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 3 ozs vegan Milk chocolate
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line the baking dish with parchment paper.

Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces. Mash the bananas with the lime juice and vanilla. Mix the flour, nuts, carob, baking powder. Add the coconut milk, banana and maple syrup. Mix well into a smooth dough. Sweeten with more maple syrup, if necessary. Pour the dough into the pan and bake for about 40 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Spread the chocolate over the cake and let harden. Cut into pieces and serve.
